Our strategic brand Bell is one of Switzerland’s leading food brands with a broad product portfolio of meat, poultry, charcuterie and seafood.

The full range of marketing tools is used for brand management: TV, print media, online, point-of-sale specials, sales promotions, etc. The Bell brand was launched on the international stage in 2016 with a range of specialities and snacks. The Bell brand was rolled out in France, Poland and the Netherlands in 2018.

Bell’s history begins in 1869 with the foundation of the «Ochsenmetzg» (Ox Butchery) by Samuel Bell, who laid the foundations for this success story. Proprietary innovations such as the “Bell Sausage” developed in 1924 and the all-important expansion into foreign markets in 2008 contributed towards an incomparable success story that grew as the years passed. Today, Bell is number one in the Swiss meat industry and also an international corporation.
