Nomination for the Board of Directors of Bell Ltd

The Board of Directors of Bell Ltd has nominated Leo Ebneter as new member of the Board of Directors.

He will be proposed to the 2012 Shareholders' Meeting as the replacement for Hans Peter Schwarz, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors who died in September 2011.

Leo Ebneter (born in 1954; Swiss) has been a member of the Executive Board of Coop Cooperative since 2007 and heads the Logistics department.
