Competition authorities approve the full takeover of Hilcona AG by Bell Food Group Ltd

The competent competition authorities have approved the full takeover of Hilcona AG by Bell Food Group Ltd without attaching any conditions.

With this approval, all closing conditions for the final takeover have been fulfilled. The transaction will be executed retroactively to 2 January 2017. The Bell Food Group announced its intention to take over Hilcona AG in full on 30 May 2017.
