Change in the Board of Directors of Bell Ltd

The Board of Directors of Bell Ltd has nominated Reto Conrad as the new member of the Board of Directors. He will be proposed to the 2017 Annual General Meeting as the replacement for Leo Ebneter. Leo Ebneter, who has been on the Board of Bell Ltd since 2012, will retire in June 2017.

Reto Conrad (50) holds a degree in business administration (lic. oec. HSG) and qualified as a certified auditor. He joined the Coop Group on 1 June 2012 as Head of Finance/Services Business Unit and a member of the Executive Committee. On 1 May 2016, he took over as Head of Coop’s new IT/Production/Services Business Unit comprising the IT department as well as five Coop production plants and various hotels and restaurants. Reto Conrad held a number of positions before joining Coop, including CFO of the listed Bachem Group and CFO of the Emmi Group.
