Aufgaben:
- Aufrüstung der Maschine zum Produktionsstart
- Einbau der Slicermesser incl. Einstellung der Messerwinkel
- Einstellung der Verpackungsmaschine (Multivac)
- Bestückung der Slicer mit Interleaver sowie mit Rohlingen
- Versorgung der Maschine mit Folien
- Zum Schichtende (Spätschicht) Abrüstung der Maschine
- Abwiegen der Abschnittsverluste
Anforderungen:
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
