Ihre Aufgaben:
- Herstellung von rohen, geräucherten und luftgetrockneten Schinken
- Chargieren von Fleischkomponenten nach Herstellungsanweisung
- Verwiegung und Bereitstellung von Gewürzen unter Einhaltung der Rezepturen
- Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienevorschriften
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fleischer oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Fleischindustrie
- SAP und Microsoft Office Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
