Your application

Your application is how you introduce yourself to us – it is your opportunity to make a good first impression. You should therefore take the time to compile an impressive dossier.

Your interview

The interview is an opportunity for you to find out more about the Bell Food Group and for us to get to know you. You should prepare for the interview by finding out about our company and the job profile you are interested in. Don’t be shy about asking your own questions.

Trial days

If you are interested in joining our training programme, and if we think you have the right qualities to do so, we will arrange for you to spend two or more trial days with us, depending on the particular job. Trial days give you an opportunity to spend a lot of time working with our trainees and find out what your typical working day would be like.

Signing the contract

If you have enjoyed the trial days and made a good impression on us then the door to your apprenticeship with the Bell Food Group is wide open. We will be discuss the details when you come to sign your contract.
