Marco Tschanz will take over the management of the Iceberg Division in addition to the management of the Bell International Division. The former head of the discontinued Convenience division, Volker Baltes, is leaving the company at his own request as a result of the reorganization. The Board of Directors would like to thank him for his commitment and service. The Bell Switzerland and Bell International divisions will remain unchanged. Sven Friedli will take over the management of the IT Bell Food Group from Marco Tschanz.
These organizational adjustments to the convenience activities will enable a more direct market approach.
