Geiser AG takes over delivery business from Frischeparadies Zürich

The catering specialist Geiser AG in Schlieren (ZH) is taking over the delivery business of Frischeparadies in Zurich. Frischeparadies focuses on supplying the food service industry. It serves numerous customers from the region and beyond from its factory in Zurich. Frischeparadies is known above all for its great expertise in seafood and meat.
Geiser is a specialized supplier of meat and meat products for the food service market in Switzerland. This takeover ensures the continued supply of existing customers. It also opens up new logistics channels for the delivery of fresh seafood and meat specialties for customers.
Geiser AG is part of Bell Switzerland Ltd, the leading meat and seafood supplier in Switzerland. The takeover will take place on November 1, 2023 and all employees will be taken over. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the takeover.
