Postponement of the Annual General Meeting 2020

The Annual General Meeting of Bell Food Group Ltd scheduled for 17 March 2020 cannot take place and has been postponed. The annual general meeting will now take place on the 12 May 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
As a result of the spread of the new coronavirus disease COVID-19, the Federal Council has issued various nationwide bans and restrictions on medium and large events. Due to this situation, the Bell Food Group has decided to postpone its Annual General Meeting in Basel on 17 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 at 4:00 p.m. The venue remains the Event Hall of Messe Basel. Shareholders will again be sent an invitation to the Annual General Meeting.
