The selection process

We will carefully and personally review your application

It will take us a few days to comprehensively assess all the applications. Once we have done that, we will contact, by telephone, those candidates whose skills and qualifications best fit the requirements profile of a vacancy to arrange an initial interview.

We get to know you and you get to know us at the interview

On this occasion, we will give you an overview of our company and the job you are applying for. The most convincing way for you to show us that you would really like to work for Bell Food Group is by obtaining information in advance about the job and our company.

To get to know you better, a member of our HR team and the technical line manager will interview you to learn more about you, your skills and your job experience. And of course you can use the interview to ask any questions you may have about the job and the company.

As we give several candidates the opportunity to impress us, there will be a further short waiting period after the interview. Once we have seen all the candidates, we will be in a position to decide on a shortlist. We will then contact the qualifying candidates to confirm that the interest is mutual and to arrange a second interview.
