Education and training are important aspects of a responsible staff policy at the Bell Food Group. We offer basic training in 16 professions within the group of companies. The Bell Food Group also continuously reviews the possibilities of introducing training courses for additional professions and upgrading our existing training courses.
The health and safety of our employees are given the highest priority. Safety concepts with regular training courses and safety officers at every plant ensure that these concerns are met, at all times and all locations.
