About the position:
In this role, you will be a part of our Enterprise Architecture & Applications team. You will analyze, define and implement all ServiceNow topics and have fantastic opportunities for a further development.
You will be a part of a small team where individual contribution as well as a great team spirit is a must. You will enjoy working together and supporting each other with other colleauges.

The job is a good fit if you enjoy:
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirements for the ServiceNow platform
- Independently implement user stories in ServiceNow projects and integrations
- Advise and support customers on a technical level on the use of ServiceNow
- Develop and design new topics around digitization and automation
- Work together with external partners on complex implementations
You are a great match if you bring along:
- Completed bachelor or master studies in the relevant field (ideally business informatics)
- Previous experience within ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow, BMC, etc.
- Strong analytical skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to deliver structured work in a complex and dynamic environment
- Willigness to go "the extra mile"
- Fluent English and good German language skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as deliver individually
