About the role:
As a Business Application Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the digitalization and optimization of processes in HR. In close cooperation with the HR team and IT, you will implement new digital solutions and ensure the corresponding support for the end users. With your professional skills and your independent way of working, you have the opportunity to lead HR into a modern, digital environment.
At Bell Food Group, you will:
- Work in a new shaped team as a HR Business Application Manager ❗
- Administrate and develop further the system infrastructure in the HR environment and implement additional modules 💭
- Document and maintain the systems, processes, procedures, and user manuals in regard to HR systems ✅
- Monitor interfaces, create problem logs, and forward issues to the responsible parties 👁🗨
- Manage relations with internal and external stakeholders 💬
- Create test scenarios and support the test phases 🚦
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all module leaders at the different locations 🔧
- Support and develop further existing and future HR processes 🔎
The job is a good fit if you bring along:
- A degree in Business Administration, IT or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Previous experience with system solutions in the HR field, ideally you have already assisted/leaded system implementations
- Minimum basic knowledge and a strong curiosity regarding IT technologies and processes
- A structured, conscientious and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and project management skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel within European Bell Food Group locations (up to 50%)
- Driving Licence (Cat.B)
